Our family enjoyed an incredible 4th this year at one of our good friends' house. It seems all our friends showed up. We bar-b-que'd, caught up on gossip and were stunned at all the new babies in our group (the kids now far outnumber the adults). We finished the day off with smores and a fireworks show over the Des Moines Marina. If every day could be like this!
